“I have always liked history and especially economic history, and I hope this internship will give me the chance to work on historical data and to have a first contact with the research environment in this area. I am very much fascinated by the amount of small details involved while dealing with historical data and the complex procedure to make them useful for research. I strongly appreciate the idea of working on a project that will make them available to a large public and enlarge the possibilities of research on this historical period.”
